Ashburton Improvement Scheme released for comment

The Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) is seeking comment on an Improvement Scheme for the Ashburton North Strategic Industrial Area (ANSIA) in the Shire of Ashburton.

Prepared by the Department of State Development and LandCorp on behalf of the WAPC, the Improvement Scheme is a statutory planning instrument that will guide planning and development in the ANSIA.

The Western Australian Planning Commission is the responsible authority for the Improvement Scheme. The Department of State Development is the Lead Agency for the ANSIA.

The Improvement Scheme will be available for public inspection at the office of the Western Australian Planning Commission, 140 William Street, Perth from 27 October 2015 to 27 January 2016 inclusive.
