The Western Australian Jobs Act 2017 (WA Jobs Act) was enacted on 13 December 2017. Following this, the Western Australian Industry Participation Strategy (WAIPS) was developed to give effect to the objectives within the WA Jobs Act.
Industry Participation is in the process of implementing the WAIPS as part of the WA Industry Link – one of the many initiatives under the Plan for Jobs.
