Our exciting and unique Graduate Program is a collaborative venture with the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety, and Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development.
Together we offer opportunities to graduates to develop professional skills and knowledge through three month rotational placements, training and development, networking and mentoring.

Learning and development
We are committed to supporting ongoing development so that each individual can reach their potential.
Our graduates undertake a comprehensive training program delivered by various training providers. The training program includes but is not limited to:
- Writing skills in government
- Project management fundamentals
- Inside government: the legislative framework
- A wide range of technical training
- Public sector training
- Other training opportunities that arise
To enhance the graduate program experience all our graduates are matched with a sponsor from the outset of the program and a mentor later in the program, who provide support, motivation and guidance to help our graduates achieve their career aspirations and goals.
